The Premier Soccer League Dispute Resolution Chamber hearing for a case involving Cape Town Spurs, Kaizer Chiefs, AmaZulu FC, Asanele Velebayi, Luke Baartman, and Liam Bern has been postponed to Monday, the 4th of August.

Velebayi, Baartman, and Bern earlier last month decided to take their club, Spurs to the DRC, after the club’s relegation to the amateur level of South African football.
The youngsters are looking to leave the club as free agents as per NSL rule that states that players become free agents once their club leave the top two divisions in South African football.
Meanwhile, Spurs counter that by saying that the players are still contracted with them and despite the relegation, the clubs who want to sign them should pay a fee.
With Amakhosi and Usuthu reported to have signed the players, the PSL DRC asked all parties involved to submit their evidence towards supporting their claims.
The parties have since obliged, leaving the DRC panel which is make up of the likes of former Chiefs player Siboniso Gaxa, former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Mathew Booth, and PSL Prosecuter Advocate Zola Majavu to go through the evidence and reach conclusion.
The sitting is set for monday, the 4th of August, where all parties involved will present their cases.
