Mamelodi Sundowns star attacker is set to be unveiled as a Kaizer Chiefs player ahead of the 2025-2026 season.

Having already signed a handful of players, including three players that are formerly with one of their arch-rivals, Orlando Pirates, Chiefs is set to announce new signing from their other arch-rival, Sundowns.
Nigerian striker Etiosa Godspower Ighodaro is set to be announced as a Chiefs player, becoming the latest player to join the Naturena-based club, having been in the books of the Brazilians this past season.
The 24-year-old leaves Sundowns, having not played a single game for the club, having joined the Chloorkop-based club back in 2020 after he was sent out on loan to five different clubs in five seasons.
He is expected to be unveiled at Naturena alongside the likes of Luke Baartman, Asanele Velebayi, and Azam FC star middlefielder Feisal Salum.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari is on the brink of leaving the club after he was told that he is not in head coach Nasreddine Nabi’s plans for the upcoming season.
The player is linked with clubs like TS Galaxy, Young Africans SC, and an unnamed Ligue 2 side.
