Ex-Kaizer Chiefs fullback Sfiso Hlanti is unable to join TS Galaxy FC despite impressing during tryouts.

Hlanti has been clubless since parting ways with Chiefs at the end of the 2023-2024 season and has since been looking for a club to join before calling time on his career.
The former now-defunct Bidvest Wits fullback has been training with Mpumalanga based club, TS Galaxy, since January this year with the hope of landing a deal.
Hlanti is said to have impressed the club’s technical team that is willing to offer him a contract at the club but are unable to due to a FIFA transfer ban according to KickOff Magezine.

Despite impressing Adnan Beganovic and his technical team, Hlanti is unable to sign with Galaxy due to three transfer bans FIFA imposed on the club back on December.
“Sfiso Hlanti is still training with TS Galaxy. The only issue now is the FIFA transfer ban,” the publication stated.
“However, the decision to sign him has been made, and I think Hlanti will continue training with the club until the ban issue is completed.”
