A North African club is believed to be interested in signing Mamelodi Sundowns striker that is currently out on loan.

With the 2024-2025 season fast approaching the end, several clubs across the world have started their preparations for the next transfer window market.
One of those clubs that have started their preparations for the next window is Tunisian giants Esperance Sportive de Tunis.

According to South African publication, Soccer Laduma, Esperance has shown interest in signing Nigerian striker Etiosa Ighodaro, who is currently on loan at AmaZulu FC from Sundowns.
“There have been several clubs who have been interested in Ighodaro before, but for now, it’s Esperance of Tunisia who have enquired about the player,” Soccer Laduma stated.
“Yes, there are other teams both in North Africa and Europe, but as I have said, Esperance has enquired about him.
“So that is what the talk is about now.”
The 2024 CAF Champions League finalist face challenge from Usuthu, who is also interested in retaining the 23-year-old on a permanent basis.
He joined the KwaZulu-Natal based club before the beginning of the season from Sundowns on a season-long loan deal.
